HCTV depends in part on membership dues and participation. As a member, you become part of a community organization that cherishes civic engagement, transparency in government, freedom of speech, and the significance of local history and culture.Translating your idea into a program is a lot easier than you may think. As a member of HCTV, you will have access to HCTV’s studio and production equipment to produce programs that can be telecast on Helena’s cable channel 189.
